Our friend Nekomachi out of Tokyo, JP has a prolific history making music with his trusty 1998 classic, the YAMAHA QY100 sequencer. Using no PC / DAW, he utilizes old sequences he's stored on there over the past 15 years, running them through various effects and adding samples. His unique blend of experimental ambient has been featured on many tapes from a variety of excellent labels such as Shimmering Moods, Mabui Music, Ume Records, Eating Music + more.
