Sequential Dreaming

'Sequential Dreaming' is the latest album from experimental electronic musician, keyboardist, and sound designer Lorna Dune. Known for her boundary-blurring fusion of electronic soundscapes and Minimalism, she creates music that moves between ambient, dance, and avant-garde realms—blending expressive synthesis with intricate composition.
On 'Sequential Dreaming', Dune explores the intersection of sound and consciousness, layering zen-like arpeggios, earthy polyrhythms, kosmische synthesis, and trance-inducing textures. Drawing from analog synthesis, drum machines, dub loops, nature recordings, and musique concrète, the album shifts fluidly between meditative space and propulsive rhythm.
Carrying prescriptive, healing qualities, the music invites a synaptic, embodied listening experience. 'Sequential Dreaming' reflects on ecological awareness, human–tech symbiosis, and the patterns - philosophical, biological, and spiritual - that connect us. The result is both a sonic meditation and a subtle commentary on our evolving relationship with nature, machines, and the unknown.
